Charity Cake Book Takes Family From Tragedy to Great Tasty Bakes
A little book that has attracted the attention of a couple of big name celebrity chefs, as well as South Yorkshire-based TV favourite, Chef Aly. Gael’s Cake Book is a collection of cake recipes adapted and personalized by Gael Stuart who was a much-loved member of the community in Dingwall, in the Scottish Highlands. Gael was well known locally as a devoted nurse for many years until her health (rheumatoid arthritis) forced her to change career and she opened up a local café. This was where she became
