Christmas feels like a distant memory now, but the Dolphin team is closer than ever after our unforgettable Christmas trip to Poland. Earlier in 2024, we celebrated the news that Dolphin ICT was a finalist for the prestigious Employer of the Year award at the Doncaster Business Awards. What we didn’t anticipate at the time was returning home and a week later being announced as winners, making an already special trip even more meaningful. Our first visit to Poland for a Christmas outing in 2022 left such
