Empowering Confidence and Teamwork with DK Cheer

Doncaster Knight Cheerleaders (DK Cheer) is a Doncaster-based cheerleading club that has been empowering young people for over 15 years. Originally formed with just a small group of around ten cheerleaders, the club has grown significantly and now operates from multiple venues across the town.

DK Cheer offers young people of all abilities the opportunity to take part in structured cheerleading classes. The focus is not only on athletic development but also on building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and having fun in a supportive environment.

Rejus has a long-standing relationship with the club and is proud to have continued its support this year. DK Cheer recently ran a fundraiser with the goal of purchasing a brand-new kit for its members. Rejus offered match funding for the campaign, allowing the club to reach its target and provide the team with a new look they can wear with pride.

Rejus Director Mathew Lynds commented,

“Rejus are delighted to continue our support of DK Cheer which must be now in its 15th year. To see it start from a small group of 10 or so Cheerleaders, to what it is now, even running from different venues, is wonderful and heartening to see the youngsters keep active and have fun.”
