About Us

We are a local charity supporting older people since 1966. We offer practical and emotional support during hospital stays, on discharge, and in people’s own homes. Our services help reduce hospital readmissions, enable older people to live with dignity, and tackle loneliness and isolation through our flagship befriending service, The Good Neighbour Scheme.
