Innovation Network Summer Social: Exploring a sustainable urban oasis

For this year’s Innovation Network Summer Social, we’re heading to Green Estate’s Manor Oaks venue to hear from CEO Roz Davies, who will explain the remarkable journey for the place that was once a no-go wasteland. Green Estate has collaborated with both Sheffield universities along the way and is always on the lookout for new partners who share its passion and vision.

But we won’t just be standing around yapping, as lovely as that may be! Expect the return of the fiendishly tricky INSY quiz, lawn games, drinks, BBQ food and more. There will be ample opportunity to share knowledge and form new connections among guests that will include representatives from businesses, community organisations and academics from both Sheffield universities.

Join us on Tuesday 15 July at Manor Oaks House, Green Estate, Sheffield for an evening of networking and stimulating conversation over some flame-grilled favourites.

Contributors:

• The Innovation Network team will give a brief introduction of their work for those not familiar with the University of Sheffield/ Sheffield Hallam partnership
• Roz Davies, CEO of Green Estate, will provide an overview of Green Estate’s work and highlight the crucial role of collaboration in achieving goals
